Any purchase that will fit into a USPS Flate Rate envelope will be shipped for $6.
Otherwise UPS or FedEx will be utilized and a physical address is necessary (no PO Boxes).
FedEx/UPS shipping and handling is calculated as follows:
$8.00 per hundred dollars of purchase plus $6.00 with a $14.00 minimum.
Alaska, Hawaii and Foreign
Every effort will be made to reduce shipping and handling costs consistent with timely delivery.
Generally US Postal Service has the better rates.

WHY CDs?
The CDs are exact copies of the hardcopy manuals and can be viewed and printed from your computer or printed at any copy service. The advantages of CDs are numerous:
No shipping costs (See above)
When pages get dirty and dog-eared you can print out new pages without having to order a whole new manual.
The CDs are less expensive than the hardcopies.
Fewer trees are used.
The CDs contain the manuals in PDF format that is readable with Adobe Acrobat which is included on almost all computers (Also a free download from adobe.com)
The PDF files contain bookmarks so you can go directly to a section of the manual without having to page through the manual to find the section you need.
PDF pages can be enlarged on your computer screen for greater legibility.
